Meet Coach Kyle

I’m Kyle — founder of The Fit Golfers Club. I live in Arizona with my amazing wife and our three pups (Lilly, Cabo, and Big Sur). When I’m not coaching golfers, you’ll find me on the course (I’m a 1 handicap) or watching the Philadelphia Eagles games. Go Birds! And yes… I’m a total fitness nerd who’s probably spent way too many late nights geeking out on training and nutrition science.

Why I Became a Coach

I didn’t grow up confident. I was small, insecure, and dreaded going to school because I felt like everyone was better than me. That feeling stuck with me for years — until I discovered fitness.

Once I started training, everything changed. I got stronger, built confidence, and for the first time in my life, I felt proud of who I was becoming. The physical results were great — but the mental transformation was the real game-changer. That’s when I knew I wanted to help others experience the same.

Where Golf Comes In

I picked up golf at 16 and never stopped. It’s been a constant in my life alongside fitness. Naturally, I started studying how the body affects the golf swing and performance. Over time, I combined my two passions — health/fitness and golf — into one mission: helping golfers lose weight, gain strength, and play pain-free golf.

Certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (Level 1 & Fitness Level 2).

My Mission

I know firsthand how it feels to struggle with confidence and not feel good in your own skin. And I also know the incredible freedom and pride that comes when you take control of your body and your game. That’s why I built The Fit Golfers Club: to give golfers everywhere the tools, coaching, and accountability to transform their health and their golf performance for good.
